Questions teachers ask
Does this replace D6 or my school's system?
No. Reportly works alongside whatever your school already uses, D6 included. It only drafts the comment. You still finalise your report the way your school always has.
Isn't entering marks into Reportly double work if I already capture them in D6?
Capturing marks and writing comments have always been two separate jobs. Reportly doesn't touch your school's official record. You enter the same marks you already have, often faster than typing them in one at a time since you can bulk-import from a spreadsheet, and get a comment draft in your own voice back instead of writing thirty from scratch.
How do I pay, and when does my plan start?
When you are ready, click Upgrade inside the app and pay R500 by card on Yoco's secure payment page. Reportly never sees or stores your card details. As soon as the payment goes through, your plan switches on automatically and runs for a year. If you renew before it ends, the new year is added to the time you have left.
Does my school need to approve or set anything up?
